Any overnighters?

Ok, I'm very serious about trying to get an overnight option for our crop, but I need to know how many would be interested? I'm thinking it would be from 4pm Fri to 4pm Sat. I'm not sure of the cost yet, but it would include food. I'm thinking we'd need at least 10 to make it a go.

Wow, two posts in one day. I just thought of something and had to get it posted or I might forget.

Some know while Jack was in the hospital in Milwaukee, Mark and I stayed at the Ronald McDonald House across the street. I can't say enough about this organization.

So because of this I've always saved my pop tops for them. About once a year I drop them off at either the local house or if I'm making a trip in to Milwaukee, I'll drop them off there.

I think I'll have a contest this year that anyone can win. Start saving your soda (or other beverages) tops and who ever brings me the most at our crop will win a prize, something scrappy of course. =)

We will have turkey!

Ok, you are on your own for Thanksgiving, but we WILL have turkey sandwiches at our Scrap From My Heart crop. I've had several people (and you know who you are, ha ha) request my Mom's turkey again for lunch and she has said "yes, of course" . Yea Mom!!!

I'm starting to get excited about our event. I scrapped yesterday with some awesome women and they got me pumped up about it. All said they are coming *yippie* and gave me some good feedback.

So....I'll put this out there.....what could we do different to make our shindig better? I've had one suggestion to move the tables closer so there can be more chit chat. That's very doable-thanks Anna for that suggestion. And I've had one suggestion to make it an all nighter. I'm working on that Sara!! (any one else game for that one?)

So leave me a post or shoot me an email. After Thanksgiving (yep, Mom's making the turkey!) I'm going full steam ahead in planning mode.
